Everyone has heard the old term guardian angel, but few have heard or believe in spirit guides. We all have one, a guide in life to glean advice and wisdom from.
But we are not taught to take advantage of this God-given right. We have been taught to only believe in the factual or real life reality. We have not been taught to be open to communication from alternative sources.
Such as a guardian angel or spirit guide.
Many times it is the semantics or words that confuse or block people. Loaded words - loading words with silent meaning or intent. Using words as a block with intended limit.
Such as most folks are okay with guardian angel... both the words guardian and angel cast a sense of security... even within religion or religious circles.
Now take into consideration spirit guide...
we have been taught to shy away from spirit. We have been taught that the way to connect with spirit is through religion. That if we do not connect with spirit through religion that we are opening ourselves up to the
devil or worse. We have been warned by the Bible of false prophets and evil spirits. This is what I meant by loaded words. We shy away from things we have learned through loaded words... that are supposedly
harmful.
I must say the experiences I have had with my Spirit Guide have been next to miraculous! Quite to the contrary to collective thoughts guarding us against false prophets or evil spirits.
Each of us at birth was given a spirit guide or guardian angel. It is only words that describe the function of the endearing path of their presence in our life. Our guides commune with us daily with or without our
awareness. They give us hope and direction, they even give us space or alone time to ponder and reflect life's instances-incidents. We have simply not been taught of the awareness of this wonderful source of friendship,
advice and wisdom.
We can learn to communicate with our guides in many ways. But first you must dispel many of societies illusions. Such as myths that if you talk to yourself you are crazy, or if you hear voices you
are likewise crazy or insane. Or bipolar the newest trendy namesake.
You must embark upon a journey of individual perceptions, seek truth for yourself. Not just accept limitations from other sources, such as with the
case of loaded words. Where did they come from?
I do believe all through the Bible the preheats of old were hearing voices or even seeing oddities as burning bushes. Many even saw angels descend from above. So I must
ask why is one person's burning bush okay but another's burning bush not okay. Is what we see real to us and important? Or do we let others condemn our perceptions, our truth or reality. What is real to one person
may not seem real to another, but reality can be very personal at times, or very vast!
So be brave and venture out of the boxes we were given. Allow for the possibility. Listen and you will hear. Read my article on
